Winehouse to use Spector technique?
Amy Winehouse's new album could be influenced by Phil Spector's 'Wall of Sound' technique, it has been revealed.

The singer's producer Mark Ronson, who was behind the success of her current album Back to Black, suggested that when they return to the studio they will change her sound and use the effect created by the music legend.

Ronson told Rolling Stone: "I think that we can't do the same thing again - it can't be like a '60s element or Motown. If anything, I'd really like to make it sound older or more morbid or really 'Wall Of Sound'. But I don't want to second guess before I actually hear the songs."

The pair will start recording the next album after Winehouse completes her UK tour later this year.
