'Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)' is due for release on November 19. It is one of two new songs recorded for a greatest hits album.
It has been suggested the band are getting back together for cash, but Mel C told Radio 1 that all proceeds from the first release would go to the worthy cause.
"It's really beautiful," she added of the new song. "Anybody who loved the old Spice Girls stuff is going to love this."
The video for the track is due to be shown for the first time on BBC One on November 2, while the band will perform it live on the same channel on November 16 for Children In Need.
