The Long Blondes have begun recording their second LP.
The Sheffield rockers are collaborating with DJ Erol Alkan on the follow-up to 2006's Someone To Drive You Home in London's Mioco studios.
The band have already recorded tracks called 'Nostalgia', 'Here Comes The Serious Bit' and 'Guilt', say reports.
Talking about the process, singer Kate Jackson told NME: "It's amazing developing all these new songs with a completely different process from making the first album, because not everything was set in stone when we came into the studio.
"We're all excited about being creative again after so long on tour with the first record."
