The show at the Brixton Academy, which is raising funds for War Child, will also see performances from the Pet Shop Boys, The Magic Numbers and Guillemots.
Allen revealed she will give a rendition of the group's song 'Everybody's Changing', telling 6 Music: "I love Keane. I mean people think they're a bit naff, a bit wafty, but I think they're really, really brilliant"
"I really, really love them. Hopes and Fears is such a good album, I just think they're really amazing, I really love them, and I'm really honoured they asked me to come and do this with them.
"I went and rehearsed with them yesterday."
