Also involved are members of Babyshambles, The Smiths, The Enemy, Supergrass, Ed Harcourt and Pearl Lowe.
The acts have come together to record a track called 'Consequences' to raise money for the charities Crisis and Drinkaware.
Pearl Lowe, who is an ambassador for the Crisis charity, told BBC 6 Music: "Crisis is an incredible charity and the money that is raised for this record will help empower homeless people, get their lives back, and get back into society.
"Crisis have art projects, people can learn music skills, this is not just about being homeless, it's about getting homeless people's lives back on track."
