Jimmy Page awarded Living Legend gong

Jimmy Page won the Living Legend gong at the Classic Rock: Roll of Honour awards yesterday.
The Led Zeppelin guitarist was handed a vintage Les Paul Guitar by Aerosmith's Steve Tyler and received a video tribute from bandmate Robert Plant.
Page had to postpone Led Zeppelin's reunion concert at London's 02 Arena last week after he suffered a fracture to one of his fingers.
Other winners at the show included Meatloaf, who picked up the Classic Album accolade for Bat Out Of Hell, and Status Quo, who took home the Classic Songwriters title.
Editor of Classic Rock, Scott Rowley commented: "It's been quite a year for rock music.
"From the 20 million attempts to get Led Zeppelin tickets to the new album from the Eagles going straight in at number one in the album charts this week, 2007 has proved that fashions can come and go, but rock music continues to move people."
