Thom Yorke refused McCartney duet
Published Tuesday, Nov 13 2007, 12:00 GMT | By Kimberley Dadds

The Beatles legend revealed that his suggestion that they make a record together had been rejected because Yorke was disinclined to make music with anyone other than his band. However, he did duet with PJ Harvey in 2000.
McCartney told T4: "My daughter was putting an album together and she put us in touch. I asked Thom to do a duet, but he said he couldn't because he only felt happy working on his own and Radiohead's material."
