The Black Sabbath legend will appear at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on November 24 to play a number of his classic hits, as well as songs from his most recent album Black Rain.
The LP, which was his first solo project in six years, reached number three in the Billboard album chart in May this year.
Rocker Rob Zombie will join Osbourne as a special guest on the show.
