Leona breaks record in UK album chart
Leona Lewis has broken the UK record for the fastest-selling debut album by selling 375,872 copies of her debut LP Spirit.

Lewis broke the Arctic Monkeys' record sales figure of 363,735, which was set in January 2006.

The X Factor winner held off competition from the Spice Girls and Westlife to land the number one spot.

Other new entries in the top ten came from Led Zeppelin, Celine Dion, The Killers, Take That and Andrea Bocelli.
