The Enemy thank Zane for music ban
Published Tuesday, Dec 4 2007, 10:16 GMT | By Alex Fletcher

The XFM breakfast show host vowed to not play any music by the Coventry rockers after they made "nasty" comments about wanting him to be run down by a bus.
Singer Tom Clarke has responded by sending Zane a gold disc they earned with the extra publicity his ban gave them.
Clarke told The Sun: "We sent Alex the gold disc we got for our album in gratitude for his avid support because he did us the biggest favour.
"The week he banned us we did an extra 10,000 album sales. We only got one gold disc for the album for the three of us but we didn’t mind giving it away."
