Klaxons bag double award victory
Published Tuesday, Dec 11 2007, 14:38 GMT | By Alex Fletcher

The nu-rave rockers' debut LP Myths Of The Near Future took the Best Album title, while their single 'Golden Skans' bagged the Best Single accolade.
Klaxons won the Mercury Music Prize for their debut earlier in the year.
Talking about their victory, bass player James Righton said: "I'm absolutely ecstatic, that's absolutely phenomenal.
"We didn't want to be another post-Libertines band singing about London and playing chords. We wanted it to be fun and we wanted it to have that nasty element to it."
