Madonna to be inducted into Hall of Fame

The singer will be joined by John Mellencamp, The Ventures, Leonard Cohen and The Dave Clark Five.
A panel of 600 experts chose the five acts to be honoured at the annual ceremony in New York on March 10.
Artists must have issued their first recording at least 25 years before nomination to be eligible for selection.
Once chosen, they are featured in the Museum's Hall of Fame exhibit, which includes a jukebox containing their back catalogue and a film played on three big screens recounting their careers.
Madonna, 49, signed her first US record deal in 1982, two years before scoring her first UK hit with 'Holiday'.
REM, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Van Halen, the Ronettes and Patti Smith received the honour last year.
