The charity track, a cover of Louis Armstrong's 'A Wonderful World', debuted at number one despite only being available from Tesco's. Lewis drops to two with 'Bleeding Love'.
Two Christmas classics grace the top ten this week: 'All I Want For Christmas Is You', at four, and 'Fairytale of New York', which rises four places to eight.
