In the pre-recorded programme Minogue sprawls on top of Holland's piano while singing 'I Should Be So Lucky', accompanied by his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.
The 39-year-old also duets with Sir Paul on his new song 'Dance Tonight' from album Memory Almost Full.
Holland's 15th annual Hootenanny event also features Lulu, soul singer Eddie Floyd,
Mika, the Kaiser Chiefs and Kate Nash.
Its celebrity audience includes Doctor Who actors David Tennant and John Simm.
