According to The Sun, the girl group are organising a 12-date tour of Perth, Sydney and Brisbane for March, which will earn the girls £10 million.
Their recent Greatest Hits LP went straight to number one in Australia. It was kept off the UK top spot by Leona Lewis.
A source commented: "The girls have a massive fan base in Australia and a huge amount of cash is being thrown at them to get them to perform there.
"Everyone in Oz has been reading about the show and now they want a piece of the action."
The Spice Girls reunion tour has seen the band play gigs in Canada, the US, Spain, Germany and 17 shows at London's 02 Arena.
