Eavis books Kanye West for Glastonbury?
Published Wednesday, Jan 9 2008, 11:48 GMT | By Alex Fletcher

The festival organiser told BBC Points West: "I'm putting on a black American headliner, who’s absolutely terrific."
Eavis said that the mystery performer will appeal to a younger audience that many critics claimed was absent from last year's festival.
West, Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Alicia Keys have all been suggested as possible acts that meet Eavis' description.
On the possibility of Amy Winehouse returning to play the festival for a third time, Eavis commented: "I really, really do need her."
