
Leona Lewis, Mika and Take That have scored four nominations apiece for this year's Brit Awards.
Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, Kate Nash and Mark Ronson have each been nominated in three categories.
Lewis' debut LP Spirit will compete against albums from Mika, Take That, Arctic Monkeys and Mark Ronson for the prestigious British Album prize, while the singer is also nominated in the British Female Solo Artist, British Single and British Breakthrough Act categories.
Girls Aloud pick up their first nomination since 2005, for British Group, while Mercury Prize winners Klaxons will compete for two prizes.
In the international categories, Kylie Minogue, Foo Fighters, Arcade Fire and Kings of Leon have each been nominated for two awards.
Sir Paul McCartney will take home the Outstanding Contribution to Music prize at the Brit Awards 2008, which take place at London's Earls Court on February 20.
