Dolly Parton confirms SXSW slot

The veteran country singer is playing the event to help launch her Backwoods Barbie tour.
She has already announced she will be playing London's O2 arena as part of a UK tour in June.
Parton, 61, is playing the BMI showcase at SXSW. REM also announced they would be playing the annual event earlier this week.
SXSW is traditionally used to showcase new acts to industry insiders and journalists.
Other acts playing this year's event include The Cribs, Dizzee Rascal, Black Mountain and The Raveonettes.
