The hip-hop veteran, real name Corey Woods, said that the pair had lost touch with their roots and were not exciting or inspiring young artists.
He told New York Daily News: "A lot of street people don't put stock in them anymore because they aren't doing enough to excite anyone."
Raekwon advised the pair to return to the "hood" and donate $100,000 (£512,000) in order to restore their credibility.
When asked if he would follow through his comments and donate cash himself, he argued that he didn't have the finances.
