The two popular divas will team up on February 10 in LA for the annual music awards ceremony, according to People.
It has not been revealed what song the pair will perform, but Knowles did sing the Turner hit 'Proud Mary' in 2005 at a Kennedy Centre tribute.
Beyoncé's Irreplaceable album is up for the Record of the Year gong at the ceremony.
Earlier today the Writers Guild Of America confirmed that it would not be picketing this awards bash.
