Harvey's band, which is currently recording new material, believes they have the potential to compete with their '90s boyband rivals.
"We could give Take That a run for their money. We don’t have our original lineup, either, so we’ve got something in common," he told The Sun.
On the subject of a recent leaked demo called 'F*** That', he added: "I think the backing track is quality, man. The lyrics were us trying to be as controversial as we could.
"We even looked up f*** in the dictionary to see what it meant. We were the rebels of the music industry so we wanted to write a rebellious song."
