'Better In Time' will join with 'Footprints In The Sand', this year's official Sport Relief song, for a March 10 release.
Both songs are taken from Lewis' record-breaking Spirit album, which has sold more than two million copies since its November 2007 release.
'A Moment Like This', Lewis' debut single, spent four weeks at number one upon its December 2006 release, while 'Bleeding Love', her second, topped the charts for seven weeks from November last year.
