The singer faced criticism after she was forced to cancel a British tour because she was busy promoting her album Pocketful of Sunshine in the US.
However, Natasha told the Daily Star: "England is still my home and I want to be successful here. It's important for my English fans to know that I do care about them. That's why I'm busy video blogging all the time to keep in touch.
"I'm not abandoning anyone. It just happened that my album had to come out in the US now."
Bedingfield added that she is planning to make it up to her British fans by throwing a special concert when she returns home.
"I'm going to announce a gig for fans who bought tickets to my tour and it will be free," she said.
Pocketful of Sunshine has debuted at number three in the US album chart.
