Arcade Fire consider Fox legal action

According to Pitchfork, Fox didn't ask the band whether it could use their hit 'No Cars Go' on the advert for the NFL [National Football League], which aired during the half time show.
The band's representatives are currently considering whether they should pursue the matter.
Adverts broadcast during the Super Bowl cost around $1,000,000, [£505,000] per second of air time.
