Canadian radio host sues White Stripes

The band used a ten second clip of Payette on their song 'Jumble, Jumble' on their sophomore album De Stijl.
She claims that the sample violates her privacy and is seeking $70,000 in damages.
According to Pitchfork, Payette also wants the LP withdrawn from stores.
