Canadian radio host sues White Stripes
Canadian radio host Dominique Payette has sued the White Stripes for using a sample of her show without gaining her permission.

The band used a ten second clip of Payette on their song 'Jumble, Jumble' on their sophomore album De Stijl.

She claims that the sample violates her privacy and is seeking $70,000 in damages.

According to Pitchfork, Payette also wants the LP withdrawn from stores.
