Other acts announced include No Age, Public Service Announcers and Wild Beasts.
The bands join a lineup that already includes Young Knives, Lightspeed Champion and Black Mountain, who were announced in January.
Great Escape 2008 takes place across 25 venues in Brighton on May 15-17.
