According to Q, Kings of Leon will top the bill on Friday and Wigan rockers The Verve will round off the weekend on Sunday.
Festival boss Michael Eavis has already confirmed that Jay-Z will headline Saturday night on the Pyramid Stage.
The Verve played a legendary set on Glastonbury's Other Stage in 1993, while Kings Of Leon performed underneath Oasis on the bill in 2004.
Neil Diamond, Duffy, The Courteeners, Jimmy Cliff and Leonard Cohen are also expected to be among the acts playing this year's event.
Tickets for Glastonbury 2008 go on sale at 9am on April 6. Anyone wanting to purchase a ticket must register their details with the festival by March 14.
Glastonbury takes place on June 27-29.
