The DJ will play Brighton beach on September 26-27 between 5pm and 9.30pm each day.
Unlike previous events, the show will be ticket-only and local residents will be offered first preference.
Slim, real name Norman Cook, attracted an estimated 250,000 people to the last event, thousands more than the official capacity.
Police were forced to cut short the event over safety fears.
