Other acts confirmed include The Specials' Jerry Dammers, Mercury Music Prize nominee Fionn Regan, Roll Deep and The Paddingtons.
The event takes place on April 27 in Victoria Park and marks the anniversary of the 1978 Rock Against Racism carnival and march.
The 1978 event, which was held in collaboration with the Anti-Nazi League, featured a concert from The Clash and 100,000 protesters on the streets of London.
A spokesperson for the campaign told Gigwise: "We want to commemorate the original RAR/ANL carnival of thirty years ago, which is seen as an iconic occasion that symbolised a great movement against racism and fascism."
