White Stripes plan London pub gig?
The White Stripes have reportedly agreed to play an intimate gig at The Old Blue Last pub in Shoreditch.

XL Recordings has confirmed that one of its acts will play the venue on March 3 but has denied it will be the Michigan duo.

However, according to Gigwise, Jack and Meg White could be planning a surprise show in the style of Radiohead's recent 93 Feet East gig last month.

Acts including Arctic Monkeys, Amy Winehouse, The Rumble Strips and Lily Allen have all played The Old Blue Last in recent years.

Stripes frontman Jack White said last year that the band may never tour again after drummer Meg was diagnosed with acute anxiety in September.
