Published Friday, Feb 15 2008, 09:30 GMT | By Nick Levine

After hearing Lewis' UK chart-topper 'Bleeding Love', Sparks is confident the 22-year-old Londoner will be able to crack the notoriously difficult US market.
"[Leona] sang her new single at a party I went to the other night and it was phenomenal," Sparks told DS. "I really like the song and I think she's got what it takes to make it over here."
Sparks also revealed that she is a fan of Lewis on a personal level, saying: "I actually met her a couple of weeks after I won Idol, because we wound up in the same recording studio. She was very, very sweet so I wish her all the best."
