Aretha Franklin angry at Beyoncé

In her musical monologue, Beyoncé introduced Turner by singing: "The glamour. The soul. The passion. The strength. The talent. Ladies and gentlemen, stand on your feet and give it up for the Queen."
Franklin, who is known as the Queen of Soul, released a statement saying: "I am not sure of whose toes I may have stepped on or whose ego I may have bruised between the Grammy writer and Beyoncé. However, I dismissed it as a cheap shot for controversy."
Tina Turner performed 'What's Love Got to Do With It' at last week's awards show before duetting with Beyoncé on 'Proud Mary'.
Turner is often referred to as the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll.
