The singer is teaming up with members of the Sheffield band, Danny Goffey from Supergrass and two members of Mystery Jets to record a charity record.
All the cash raised will go to the Bottletop charity, which helps street children in Brazil, India and Malawi.
"I've got loads of musicians coming together to form a new supergroup," McClure told XFM. "I've only just started recruiting but so far I've got Danny Goffey, some lads from from Arctic Monkeys and the Mystery Jets' drummer and their bassist.
"We're gonna record tracks here in London then take it over to Brazil. A supergroup of Brazilians will put vocals onto our tracks and then our British artists will do the same to their tracks."
