The Who keen to mark 'Tommy' date

The 1969 album inspired a film starring Roger Daltrey, as well as a subsequent stage musical.
The guitarist is quoted as saying: "I'm keen to do something to celebrate 40 years of Tommy. Of course, it would probably involve me and Roger in some form."
He recently revealed that the band are already at work on a new studio album to follow 2006's Endless Wire.
