The As I Am tour - named after Keys' current album - will begin April 19 in Hampton, Vermont, before taking 27 further dates across the US and Canada.
The final date of the tour will take place at Madison Square Gardens in New York City on June 18.
Sparks recently performed the US national anthem for 97.5m TV viewers at this year's Super Bowl.
