Adele hopes Winehouse will attend BRITs

The 19-year-old singer will pick up the Critics' Choice gong at Wednesday's ceremony, and will also perform Coldplay's 'God Put A Smile On Your Face' with Mark Ronson.
"It'll be so good if Amy Winehouse comes and does 'Valerie' with him too," Adele told the Daily Star. "I loved her Grammy performance. I was thinking how nerve-wracking that must have been for her doing it via satellite. I didn't think she had a lot to prove but some people did.
"She was incredible. She looks a lot better now too now she's put on weight. I've met her a couple of times and think she's lovely. I'm quite tall but she's so tiny. It's been a big year for her, so it would put everyone in their place if she joins us at the BRITs."
The ceremony, which will be hosted by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, airs on ITV1 at 8pm on Wednesday.
