The veteran metal star, who is hosting the bash with his wife Sharon, claimed that he is never able to remember people's names and is scared about "putting his foot in it".
Osbourne told The Sun: "I can never seem to recall anyone’s name and I’m always putting my foot in it.
"Sharon can meet someone in an airport in 1973, then again in 2005, and remember that they are called Jimmy."
The Brit Awards ceremony takes place at London's Earls Court on February 20.
