The star will sing two tracks at the event, her first public performance since checking into rehab last month.
Winehouse, who performed a private set via satellite at the Grammys, will duet with Mark Ronson on his hit 'Valerie'.
Ged Doherty told Sky News: "I heard her rehearse last night and she sounded absolutely great.
"We are just thrilled to have her appearing at the ceremony. We think that her performance will be one of those 'Brit moments' and it's part of a really strong line-up."
Sir Paul McCartney will also perform several tracks after receiving an Outstanding Contribution to Music Award.
Other stars taking to the stage at London's Earls Court include Adele, Kylie Minogue and Leona Lewis.
The show, to be hosted by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, airs tonight at 8pm on ITV1.
