Peter Hook has added another singer to his new group Freebass.
The band, which the former New Order bassist formed with Andy Rourke and Gary "Mani" Mounfield from Primal Scream, has added Gary Briggs from little-known indie band Haven to the project.
Speaking to BBC 6Music, Hook said: "We have had trouble getting it together and I have had a lot of trouble finding a vocalist and we now have another one. This is about our 15th."
Hook also revealed other vocalists who will join Freebass.
“We have got Ian Brown doing one this week, we persuaded Billy Corgan from Smashing Pumpkins. We have got Rowetta... Tim Burgess (has) done one. Howard Marks (former drug smuggler and author) is doing a rap on one."
Hook and Mounfield started the project after their groups New Order and Primal Scream had stalled.
The bass player added: "Rourkie plays guitar a lot, Mani and I balance each other out. He plays low and I play high. It actually works quite well.
"It worked a lot better than I thought it would once I had sobered up! Quite surprising."
Hook had been keen to organise a New Order reunion but the idea was shot down by the band's lead singer Bernard Sumner.
