Her Back To Black LP sold 115,000 copies in the US last week, soaring from 24 to two on the Billboard 200 chart, after the singer collected five trophies at last week's Grammy Awards.
Winehouse's bid for a number one album was thwarted by Jack Johnson, whose Sleep Through The Static LP remained on top for a second week.
Back To Black has now sold an estimated seven million copies worldwide since its October 2006 release.
