Keys has called off her show at Glasgow's SECC tonight and tomorrow's date at Manchester's MEN Arena.
Keys' publicist said the singer had come down with laryngitis and was ordered to rest by her doctor.
The two cancelled dates are likely to be rescheduled.
Keys' single 'No-One' won two Grammy Awards earlier this month. The singer was also nominated in the Best International Female category at the Brits.
