The Ibiza Rocks brand will open the hotel on May 31 with a headline set from the Coventry band.
Situated in San Antonio, the hotel has been set up by the organisers of the Ibiza Rocks gigs, who have previously brought bands including Arctic Monkeys, The View and Dirty Pretty Things to the Balearic island.
The complex houses its own gig venue along with band practice rooms and a 24-hour bar.
The hotel will also hold live music events every night of the week with guaranteed tickets for residents.
The Enemy recently picked up the Best New Band prize from the NME Awards, something singer Tom Clarke believes is down to their "straight to the point" lyrics.
