Winehouse, Verve top V Festival bill

They join Devon rockers Muse who confirmed they would be headlining the bash last month.
V 2008 takes place across two sites at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire on August 16-17.
The Verve play Chelmsford Saturday and round off Sunday at Staffordshire, while Muse will do the reverse.
On the main stage alongside Muse will be Stereophonics, The Kooks, Maximo Park, Alanis Morrissette and The Futureheads.
Also on that day will be The Prodigy, Pigeon Detectives, Newton Faulkner, The Hoosiers, Duffy, Amy MacDonald, and Shed Seven.
Alongside The Verve on the V Stage there are Kings Of Leon, Amy Winehouse, Lenny Kravitz, The Feeling, Girls Aloud, Squeeze, and One Republic.
On the Channel 4 Stage that day are Kaiser Chiefs, The Zutons, The View, Reverend and the Makers, Scouting For Girls, The Courteeners, and The Rifles.
In the JJB Arena, acts will include Ian Brown, The Pogues, The Twang, Sugababes, Charlatans, Travis, Robyn and Hot Chip.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 7 at 10am.
