Bachar was the longest-serving member of the troupe, joining in 1995 when the act was still a burlesque show.
The remaining members of the band are Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, Kimberly Wyatt, Melody Thornton and Nicole Scherzinger.
According to the Daily Star, Bachar has left the group to follow other performance interests.
It was rumoured that Beyoncé's sister Solange, 21, might join the girls as a replacement, but it is now believed that the band will continue as a five-piece.
