Speaking to Xfm, McCabe said: "I've just been singing on a new tune called 'Bumbag' which sounds like Abba fighting New Order on a barmcake."
The band are working on their third album in Los Angeles and McCabe added that he is keen for the group to tour again.
"I'm starting to get excited about finishing everything, I can't wait to do a gig again, it's defo my favourite time of being a Zuton."
The band will go on a summer tour of several UK forest locations and will also be seen on the festival circuit, with appearances at Oxegen, the Isle of Wight Festival, MTV's Spanking New Tour and V all confirmed.
