The former Neighbours actress, 23, has just recorded a new video in Malibu for her single 'In This Life', which topped the charts in Oz last year.
"It's quite earthy and creative. It's going to be an introduction for me," Goodrem told the Sydney Morning Herald. "I have to be at the piano. I have to introduce myself [to US audiences] and say 'Here I am, this new artist'."
The track will be released in the States next month, with her third album Delta following in June.
Delta has also been busy with her family commitments, spending time with her fiancé Brian McFadden and his two daughters Molly and Lily-Sue, who recently travelled to Australia for the first time. Additionally, she has been providing support to her mother, Lea, as she battles breast cancer.
"We've been spending a lot of time with Mum," she said. "We've been with her quite a lot. In between downtime, I am continually with my family."
