The actor, known for playing Jack Bauer in hit US TV show 24, has become friends with the group and hopes to direct the video for either the album title track 'Join With Us' or 'Turn It Up'.
The Feeling frontman Dan Gillespie Sells said: "Kiefer’s a huge music lover and we consider him a friend. We make time for each other and whenever he comes to London we meet for a drink."
Sells added that the 41-year-old will also record the voiceover for the band's upcoming documentary, which will feature their performance to 7,000 fans at the Meribel ski resort in France.
"He pretty much wants to get involved with it all, which is fine with us," Sells said.
Sutherland own the Los Angeles-based record label Ironworks, home to Rocco DeLuca and the Burden.
He recently completed a 48-day prison sentence after being charged with driving under the influence.
