Stefani's pregnancy slows down No Doubt album

The 38-year-old is expecting her second child with rocker Gavin Rossdale and thinks her pregnancy might be partly responsible for her writer's block.
Posting on the band's official message board, Stefani said: "The song-writing part is a bit slow on my part. I think, it has something to do with the baby in my belly, but I'm sure it is all part of the process and I really believe this could be the most inspired No Doubt record so far."
After establishing herself as a successful solo artist, Stefani is happy to be back working with No Doubt.
"We have been spending every day up in the little studio in our house trying to write music," said Stefani. "My favourite part so far is just seeing the boys everyday and hanging out. We have so much fun together."
No Doubt's last album, Rock Steady, was released in 2001. Their untitled sixth LP is scheduled for release later in the year.
