Richards admits to spitting at Watts

Rolling Stones star Keith Richards has admitted that he spits on bandmate Charlie Watts when he's bored on stage.

The veteran guitarist confessed to the unusual behaviour during an interview with The Sun about the band's new documentary Shine A Light.

Watts commented: "He does - so it's good for him not to get bored!"

Former heroin addict Richards also revealed that he still smokes cannabis regularly. He said: "I smoke my head off. I smoke weed all the damn time. There, you've got it.

"But that's my benign weed. That's all I take, that's all I do. But I do smoke and I've got some really good hash."
