Gnarls Barkley have cancelled a week of UK promotion and a London gig due to family illness.
Singer Cee-Lo Green has chosen to return to America with his wife and children, meaning that the band's concert at the 229 club this Thursday has been postponed.
The group rush-released sophomore album The Odd Couple this week following the leak of comeback single 'Run'.
